There is more to successful recruiting than just behavioural suitability. You need inbuilt applicant tracking functionality.
So in addition to online assessment administration, complimentary online tools are included which enable customised applicant screening using your own ‘eligibility’ criteria (ie questions about ‘hard’ skills like education, experience, licenses, etc) in conjunction with the ‘soft’ behavioural criteria (ie ‘suitability’) drawn from a bank of over 300 job success formulas (ie roles that are appropriately designed, benchmarked and described in terms of the most important traits for successful performance).
Receive suggested interview questions based on gaps between the person’s profile and those criteria that are critical to successful performance - including what to look for in the answers - presented as an Interview Sheet that can be used by all interviewers to consistently record their scores and notes.
Enter interview scores and notes - as well as results from other assessments eg IQ, literacy, personality tests - alongside each applicant’s eligibility and behavioural assessments; applying your chosen weightings to each input category so that all applicants can be easily compared with each other and with the job requirements, so enabling selection in a structured and consistent fashion that is quick and easy to administer, even over distances and multiple locations.
Inbuilt applicant tracking functionality includes customisable email invitations to interviews and other assessment events - as well as decline and pending emails - and easy viewing of applicants by status.
CVs, letters and other documents received online during the application process are automatically converted to pdf format and stored as part of the applicant record for easy viewing and sharing throughout the selection process.
All assessments and other details are securely stored online for future reference. Access controls maintain appropriate privacy.
Not just an applicant tracking system; this is an online, integrated assessment system; yet it can be interfaced with existing applicant tracking systems if preferred/required.
